Wendell is proud to present, “Runes 101: Introduction to Runes.” The class will briefly cover different runic scripts, the names and meanings of the Elder Futhark runes, divination, how to write in runes, spellwork, and bind runes. You will also be making your own rune set to take home with you! The class will be held Wednesday, August 9, at 5:30pm. Cost for this class is $20.
Wendell Christenson is a member of the Sequoia Branch of the Hammer of Thor Kindred. He started his runic studies in 2010, and practices runic divination and bindrune magick. He also practices seiðr, a Nordic magickal practice that utilizes several techniques in order to see, interpret, and manipulate the strands of wyrd (a Nordic concept of fate).
