Most of the time, the problem is not that you cannot meditate. The problem is you have no way to measure success. There is a simple measure you can use to gauge your skill. I can teach you that in 30 seconds.

The rest is awareness and practice.

Join me for a workshop that will unlock your meditation potential.

We will learn a technique, meditate. Discuss our experience and ask questions and then move on to another exercise. Each exercise results in deeper meditation.

This will be a very experiential workshop with little to no lecture time.
